🍓Strawberry Salad Drizzled with Strawberry Vinaigrette
I was STARVING or so it seemed…🍽
Romaine lettuce, hulled & sliced cucumbers, diced strawberries along with a few sprinkles of chia & sunflower seeds. Oh and I drizzled it in a homemade strawberry vinaigrette.
1/2 pound of fresh Strawberries
2 tablespoon of Honey (or more to taste if your berries are not very sweet)
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
With that said, I’m thankful to have a berry farm up the road… Spooner Berry Farms-Olympia, you’ve out done yourself again this harvest season. I’ll be back to get some blackberries and blueberries soon❣
🍓🍓🍓🍓
Until then, I’ll be eating myself into a silly oblivion thanks to natures candy. —
